Factors influencing Vietnam youth’s participation in the nighttime economy

This research examines the factors that influence behavior of young Vietnamese participants in nighttime economy (NTE). The established were based on results a questionnaire distributed among 405 individuals living, learning, and working Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City. data obtained confirm predictive power theory planned (TPB) model to describe NTE participants’ behavior. study showed perceived benefits have direct participation an indirect through attitudes intention participate; risk perception has only effect One most significant shaping behavioral intentions is financial readiness for consumption, which emphasizes pragmatism rationalism spending their own money. In addition being pragmatic rational, influenced by cultural opportunities development nightlife facilities.
